[mythtv-users] PVR150 not recognized?

I just added a Hauppauge PVR150 to my mythtv system for a second tuner 
card. I went through mythsetup to add it to Myth. The first time I tried 
to record on it, I got static for the picture and sound for a shopping 
channel that I had not set it to. Going back and running 'lspci -v', it 
appears the system does not fully recognize the card:
