This was written for 0.19. The SVN fix mentioned in the code has been
incorporated into 0.20. The issue Brad Templeton mentioned is (I
think) fixed. Substitute all instances of "1080i NoResize" to "High
Quality," "720p NoResize" to "Medium Quality," and "480i NoResize" to
"Low Quality."
