I don't know this card, but your problem might be related to the 'tinny audio'
problem with the pvr 150. There was a post on this list in the last 24 hours
or so explaining how to fix this.
Your 'mono' problem sounds like the second problem currently with the pvr 150.
Try enabling "independent muting of left and right audio channels" in
Setup/General in the FE. Then hit mute a couple of times till both channels
come on.
