It's fairly obvious you are simply trolling. If you had something
actually *constructive* to say, you'd do it in a bug report with some
sort of actual log files and feedback and possibly *gasp* a patch that
fixes this "rare" problem. Trolling may get a rise out of people, and
that may be your only goal, but if you actually aren't trolling simply
for the rise but think you may accomplish a feat of having someone
else fix your problem (that doesn't appear on their system) that's the
worst kind of troll.
Either way, you truly come across as an arogant user that simply wants
to see how many MythTV users will defend it against a TiVO.
Re-reading your posts you actually seem to know quite a bit about "How
TiVO works" and "How TiVO doesn't work" so for all we know, you are
simply a TiVO advocate ROFL about our reactions.
If you are so interested in MythTV performing like your TiVO that you
are oh-so-knowledgable about, then it would only make sense you would
submit your patch through trac with your ticket describing your
problem and your fix. But because you appear to only be interested in
pissing everyone off, I guess until enough people ignore you, you'll
continue to be the troll you obviously want to be.
