Not with this card, mine are AverMedia 771 DVB-T's, but I now and
again find that my cards weren't initialised properly.  I have to
shutdown and remove power completely, i.e. take plug out of PSU, and
let it sit a minute before rebooting.

Perhaps you could try that...
