Stop flipping channels. Set your CHAN +- to browse instead of change  
channels. Most other guide-driven TV services do this. You hit + and  
it gives a listing of what's on Chan+1. If you decide you want to  
watch it, press select. If not, continue + and - until you find  
something you want to watch. You don't have to actually change  
frequencies to find out what's on another channel any more. Welcome  
to the future. This is the new (better) form of channel-surfing.  
Embrace it. :)
