[mythtv-users] Standalone lossless MPEG2 cutting?

	Hey all... I've got some old recordings that I got from an 8mm 
tape outside of mythtv.  Back when Geoffrey rolled his lossless mpeg2 
cutting into mythtranscode, there was talk of maintaining a stand-alone 
version.  Does this exist?  I'd like to clean up the timestamps on these 
videos before I try authoring them to DVD, but it seems kinda overkill to 
have to get all of mythtv in order to do so.
