[mythtv-users] Watching TV PVR-500

I've put together a mythtv system using a PVR-500, but I now have 2 
questions:

1.  Is is possible to get the picture and sound out from my computer and 
into my TV?  I don't have any sound outputs except the normal computer 
ones, and everything on the tv is S-video or RCA connectors.

2.  Can I play a DVD in the computer and get that out to my TV?

My video card has an S-video connector.
