Emerge gentoolkit and run
equery uses mythtv
This works only on already emerged pacakges, but I highly recommend
gentoolkit.

You can emerge mythtv with hdhomerun support:
USE="hdhomerun" emerge -av mythtv

or put this line in /etc/portage/package.use
media-tv/mythtv hdhomerun

Use global USE in make.conf only for flags applicable to many packages.
