[mythtv-users] Invoking MythArchive from console?

I realize that MythArchive is integral to the MythTV frontend menu
system, but I would like the ability to perform the same procedure from
the console.

Is this possible?  If not, can I do the same thing in a somewhat
automated way?  I'd like to provide a list of recordings on the
command-line, and have it spit out a DVD ISO with menus, etc.
