[mythtv-users] Fluxbox X and Y Coordinates

My HDTV overscans and cuts off the edges of my desktop.  Is there anyway to set X and Y coordinates for fluxbox so that my desktop appears with a 50 or 100 pixel border around it?  (Think like a picture within a picture frame.)
