open-source and quite good - there seems to be the same kind of commitment
to the cause (modulo the operating system) as Myth.
The ivtv guys are trying, but you can't polish a turd - even with the very
latest Windows drivers these cards (Type B with Samsung tuners) are a
disappointment. I am hoping PVR-250s are better but I fear the latest
revisions use the same cheap tuners and Hauppauge is falling behind the
pack.
Now I just have to determine what to use instead.
