[mythtv-users] Dish Network, R5000HD, and MythTV

OK, I have given up on Comcast and I'm looking at other options for
hi def channels.  I found a device called a Nextcom R5000-HD which
can read the hi def signals from Dish or DirecTV boxes.

Is there any reasonably easy way to use this with MythTV?
