10% Fudge factor. Your video card doesn't actually output 1920x1080
when you output to a 1920x1080 display. Instead it adds vertical
and horizontal borders which your display ignores. This is a
holdover from the analog days; you can actually shrink these
a bit when using DVI, this is what a some people need to do
to squeeze 1920x1080 out of their single link nVidia DVI ports,
but you can't get rid of them completely in the signal. You might
be able to get rid of these with a tiny little processor on
the capture card with DVI capture, but this would be a little
harder with YUV capture.
