Could you be more specific of what you actually did to fix your
frequencies and channels? What do your channel and dtv_multiplex table
look like at least for the Fusion? In addition, could you provide a
snippet of the backend log for when it starts?

I don't know if the specific backend is not working or whether or not
the settings for the Fusion card just aren't right. The Modulation:
doesn't appear correct to me. And I don't know how to coerce the
settings to make it something different. No amount of changes seems to
matter.

I've tried the mythtv-setup channel scan as Daniel K. has suggested
without much luck. Checked and double checked the database tables but
still can't get the Fusion to even attempt to tune. Maybe there are some
sequence of steps that you had used that I haven't stumbled on just yet.
