[mythtv-users] New machine, patch order

I'm not sure about this asus update, how you will apply it.

The nvidia drivers should work without doing the installer using the nvdia
binary drivers built in.  Follow the wiki page to set up the binary drivers
that are bulit in instead of step 4.
