I use the lirc_mceusb2 mod from KnoppMyth and my ~/.mythtv/lircrc can be
found here: http://mythtv.mrjpiggott.net/lircrc

You'll probably want to use irw and edit the file to setup PiP buttons as I
only have a single tuner.
