[mythtv-users] flicker (video flickering) vertical sync problems?

Still looking for a solution...

Did try to turn off captioning using mythtvsetup.  It's hard to quantify 
this type of problem.  But I don't think turning off captioning helped.

I understand there is a modified ivtv driver available to address 
captioning problems.  Has anyone tried this?
