Run

mythcommflag --rebuild

on the file.

Also, for next time, you don't need to do a manual recording.  Assuming 
duplicate checking was the reason it wouldn't record again, you can just 
remove the episode from your Previously Recorded list using the 
frontend's Previously Recorded page...  It's much safer than editing the 
database directly (and easier, too!).
