Unfortunately, no, there' s no method to restart a transfer with scp or
sftp.  You might want to turn TCPKeepAlive off; this should make the
connections a little less fragile.

Using mythweb would be nice, however I can't seem to get my linksys router

Actually, you can.  In Firefox, it's really easy; just open the Downloads
window, and click the button (I think it's marked Retry, but I'm not sure.
It should be obvious.)
