wait a second though...the original poster (Tim) was saying that he has a 6200 card as well, and he applied "the grayscale fix" so I'll try it later tonight when i get home...and see what happens...

Check the wiki page on XvMC.  It describes how to implement the 
ChromaKey OSD and what cards support it.
