Here's my Atrpm repo file - I've had intermittent problems with the repo too but it's been fine today (testing is disabled).  My comment about Livna is a general one, the RPMforge of repos (ATrpm, dag, dries, CCMA) will have problems with some packages from Livna and they recommend you should avoid Livna if you're using the rpmforge repos.
