[mythtv-users] PVR-150 Video Quality

Looks like  it is an ivtv issue. Throw it to their list. I had one (NTSC)
under MythDora (fedora 4 therefore ivtv 0.4 serial) and it works fine out of
the box. Make sure it is using the right tuner type and the right firmware.
