Surely there must be plenty of prior art on this.  I'm sure someone
somewhere could assemble a collection of (dare I say) M$ software that
pre-dates this patent, and that allows the user to watch TV and use IM. That
would prove that it was possible before the patent.  Or do you need to have
physical evidence (screen shots etc) from before the filing date?
