[mythtv-users] What Haupage PVR-x50 to get?

I have a Terratec Cinergy 400 SAA7134 tuner card working with MythTv. I had
a lot of issues getting it to work properly. First I had problems with
channel tuning, but once you know how to fill them (easiest way is to set
them via mythweb in Hz) I ran into sound issues. When using the saa7134
internal sound decoder I got a lot of static when switching channels, which
could cause speaker damage, so I went for the external sound cable but now I
don't have very good sound quality and it is more difficult to set up
(default sound card values needed e.g.).
The things I'm missing is: the saa7134 uses software encoding, so recording
and viewing at the same time doesn't work very well. And I can't record two
shows at a time. Which occured more during the past half year than I would
expect.
Tvtime is very nice to test the saa7134 card, mainly because automatic
channel scanning works
I'm thinking about getting a PVR 500 with 2 tuners.
