Hey, Nick. Thanks for responding.
Yes, cxm0 is specific to BSD (FreeBSD > 5.0, at least).
I can't find anything named "ivtvctl" on disk, so I can't respond to the
question about that.
There is no "video" device in /dev, so you may be on to something.
FreeBSD uses a program called pvr-setchannel to monkey with the pvr
frequencies, channel sets, and what-not. Is this the same function of
"ivtvctl?" If so, do you know if I can change this program reference in one
of the setup screens, or should I look to patching the code?
I just grepped the source and found "setchannel" but not "ivtvctl" so I'll
look at that to see if I can solve this. But I'd certainly welcome any other
input (no pun intended :)
