Right, I guess that is a possibility, albeit a small one.  I don't
think it was a power surge, more likely a bad breaker or just too much
stuff on it.  Even if it was, ithe computer is plugged into a decent
surge protector.  I don't have another receiver around, so maybe I'll
have to find some1 who does.
