mtd hangs on to my dvd disk, but only if I use "iso" type rip. If I
use "perfect" I can eject the disk either manually or by the "eject"
command, but after an iso rip only killing mtd will allow an eject by
any means. I discovered this with fuser /dev/hdc after an iso irp.
Not really a problem for me as I normally use only "perfect" rips,
but I thought I'd add it to this discussion in case it might help
determine the underlying problem.
I do not use autofs.
