[mythtv-users] Where do I get this version of the Blue theme?

Thats how it looked in 0.16 as far as I remember. I do not know if you
can get that into 0.19. But you can probably checkout 0.16 from the
source tree (was it SVN or CVS at that time) and grab the icons.
