Hello,

Is it possible to run XvMC, video timing via /dev/rtc,
and Bob Deinterlace?

I've attempted it, and I see this in my logs:
2006-03-26 21:57:21.451 Video sync method can't support double framerate (refresh rate too low for bob deint)
2006-03-26 21:57:21.453 Video timing method: RTC

I have an nvidia 5200. Please, don't tell me just to
run OpenGL Vsync as it's broken in the version of
the nvidia driver I use. I can't downgrade back to
7676 because it causes kernel panics for me when
running mupen64. So I'm stuck with RTC for now.

My display is driven by DVI 1360x768 at 60hz. midentify
claims the video's fps is 29.970. So from what I've
read about Bob deinterlace needing the video framerate
to be a multiple of the refresh rate, that should be
OK, right?

Does Bob only work with DRM sync and/or OpenGL sync?
