[mythtv-users] Playback group question

Hi

Since i like to have the same interface for everything in myth i use the 
internal player for almost everything.
Atleast everything that it can handle. But i wonder how the Playback groups 
and Internal player works
together?

Is it possible to create a group that is used when playing mpeg files or avi 
files? Since some settings might
be good when watching TV and other settings when watching a avi. And is it 
possible to get the picture
settings saved with the group, like brightness? Often i have to change the 
settings when watching LiveTV
or watching a movie.

Which group is the internal dvd player using? As it is now i only have a 
Default playback group.
And i have skip set to 10 seconds. But when playing a dvd and i press skip 
it tries to play the dvd faster
forward or backwards. It doesn't skip 10 seconds. And this leads to the 
picture freezing and only the sound playing.
Cant resume normal play or exit out of the player. Needs to restart the 
frontend.
Sure, this is a bug in the internal dvd player, atleast for me. But if the 
player used the playback group settings
it wouldnt be a problem.

And one last thing. I like the sticky keys option but it really only works 
on LiveTV and recordings. When
playing a file it is hopless. Would it be possible to have that setting in 
different groups also? For now i
have to have it turned off.
Is feels strange to me to only have some playback settings in the group and 
other settings global.
