in brief you build a new X11 driver for your 350 and modify X11 to use 
it as its graphics device. There's also a way to have your boot 
messages show up on the 350 by passing some parameter to the kernel but 
I don't know what it is. The above pages also reference the ivtv wiki 
so you can probably find some answers there.
