[mythtv-users] PVR-350 output support being dropped!

The 350 works ok using Xv now though and that works ok and will continue to
be supported ( I believe) since there is nothing that is 350 specific in
that code.

If people have problems with the Xv output I am happy to take a look at that
(though I am busy and the response may not be as fast as you would like).
