[mythtv-users] Upgraded to .19 and only get static

ok....i upgraded my ivtv to 0.4.3 and ran ivtv-tune -c 3 -d /dev/video0 and
voila it worked.  Still don't know why myth isn't setting that when the
backend starts (or if it supposed to).  Think i will have to script that
into the system startup...or maybe module options?
