[mythtv-users] transcode OTA HD MPEG2 -> MPEG4 w/AC3 passthru

I'm one of thouse looking for more user configurability in the transcode
setup...  And I know I saw a developer post on this list that they had done
a lot of work twoards that goal but haven't been able to find it.
