[mythtv-users] Upgraded to .19 and only get static

I have tried rebooting the system twice..only down for as long as it takes
to reboot, as well as rebooting the cable box. Haven't tried hooking
external tv up yet.  Is .19 dep on the newer version of ivtv? Going to try
hooking up a tv at lunch.
