As you mention DVB, I'm assuming you're not in North America (if you are
and mean ATSC DVB, the following won't really help). If so, you simply
need to install XMLTV on the other PC and use it to download the
listings to a file. Then, you can use mythfilldatabase with the
"--file" option to import the data from that file. See
"mythfilldatabase --help".
In North America, it's a bit more complex. You can use "--dd-file", but
you lose a lot of "good stuff" by doing that.
