It's called mythplugins (not mythplugin), maybe that's your problem. It's just 
a metapackage depending on the individual plugin packages, however. They're 
all here:

What version of libqt3-mt did you have and what version did MythTV want? I am 
using kdelibs 3.5.1 (and libqt3-mt 3:3.3.5-3) underneath my MythTV setup and 
it works fine. Do you have anything else on this machine? (i.e. is it a 
dedicated Myth box?)
