[mythtv-users] MythDVD and foreign movies

[Imtiaz Gaslightwala]

I couldn't find the dvd transcode table.  I searched the lists here and the
only occurence I found says to look at the database-readme file, which I
can't find either.  Could you please be a little more specific?
