[mythtv-users] Upgrade from 18 to 19 with ivtv 2 to 4.3

I decided it was finally time to make the upgrade to mythtv 19 and
during this process my ivtv upgraded to 4.3. I've been browsing the
net to see why my ivtv doesn't seem to be loading and I've read that
it might be to do with the new spot for the firmware.

I couldn't really find a definate upgrade doc, but was wondering if I
should just remove ivtv and let it reinstall?

How have other people done their upgrades?
