I have a Twinhan VisionPlus working - in the UK, using mythtv 0.19.

Signal strength is very sensitive. I don't normally notice any glitches, and
usually it works very well. But on the OSD it usually reports somewhere
between 19% and 25%. But the picture is most of the time perfect.
