I bought a Biostar TForce-6100 as an mATX socket 754 board and am
exceedingly pleased with it, it was < $70 from Newegg and comes with all
the goodies one could want except TV-OUT and DVI. Biostar makes a 939
version of the same board and it is mATX for about the same price.
