I have 2 V-Stream DVB Xpert cards in a combined backend/frontend. I
upgraded this evening to 0.19 from ATrpms and I can report that Live
TV and program recording both appear to be working.

With Live TV it takes about 7 seconds to get a channel which I think
is pretty normal.
