I've not noticed a major difference, though it's been a while since I
ran 0.18.1 so I could be forgetting.  It takes about 7-8 seconds to tune
currently, though I don't have brilliant reception here so that could
delay things - I needed a booster to get any digital signal at all.  I
still get occasional glitches (particularly audio) but it's mostly okay.
