Worse, by far.

I'm working on designing one myself. The problem is making something  
that looks good at 16x16.

  But for now, why make things overly complex? Just borrow an image  
from your favorite theme, reduce it in size, and use it. Kinda like  
this image I borrowed from G.A.N.T.
