[mythtv-users] Trouble transcoding myth recordings

I'm trying to transcode recordings and keep getting failed jobs with 
messages like the one below.

I'm running an amd64 system with a geforce6100 chipset.  ALSA is 
configured and running with r/w access to /dev/dsp given to the myth 
user.  I assume the 3rd line from the bottom is the key line but don't 
really understand the meaning.
