[mythtv-users] Mythtv torrent downloading

1) Isaac supplies (pays for/maintains) the SVN repository for
"official" MythTV functionality.
2) Isaac supplies (pays for/maintians) these lists.
3) Isaac doesn't want peer to peer in anything officially Myth.
Therefore, your choices are:
1) Live without torrents in Myth, or
2a) Setup an unofficial plugin, hosted on your own
SVN/CVS/tarball/whatever server and
2b) Have your own discussions about it on your own ezboard or whatever, or
3a) "Fork" the source to support what you want in a more integrated manner and
3b) [see 3a]
Personally, I think (3) is a bad option.
