I have:
/dev/hda /misc/cd udf,iso9660 ro,user,noauto 0 0
in my /etc/fstab. It was "/cdrom" before (Debian default) but tried
changing that to "/misc/cd" to match the automounter but no difference.
And when Mythfrontend starts up, it shows:
Mediamonitor: Adding /dev/hda
Starting media monitor.
So it seems to be working, but still inserting a DVD in the drive
doesn't do anything...?
Thanks very much for your help again!
Cheers - Piers
