[mythtv-users] FC4: Nova-T Backend, Via M10000 Frontend. BBC1 Jerky?

I've got my machines running FC4.

I have my Backend with two Nova-T's in it, and my Frontend on the end of a
100Mbps switched network.
My Frontend when playing back BBC1 et al is often a bit sluggish/jerky. But
when watching say Channel 4 / 5 it's fine. I think this may be because BBC1
is a lot higher bandwidth? And it's either saturating the network (doubtful)
or it's too much for my Via M10000 to decode with ease.

I was wondering if anyone else is our there who has solved a similar
situation to mine?
