I am using 0.19, this did not happen on 0.18.1.  In 0.18.1 it didn't
generate thumbnails at all.  I very rarely stop a recording manually, I
certainly haven't done it since upgrading to 0.19.

I don't see any reason for it to generate the thumbnails in the first
place when I don't use them on the watch recordings screen and I don't
use mythweb, but I don't mind them being there as long as they go away
with the actual recording.

I suspect it might be leaving the thumbnails behind if I delete the show
while it's still being commercial flagged, but I can't say that for
sure.
